If you've tried pressing Command Option ~ (tilde) [on PC: Control Alt ~] on Mac OSX and it doesn't work, it's because that keyboard shortcut has been assigned to a Mac OS command. To fix it, go to System Preferences>Keyboard & Mouse and turn off the shortcut for Move Focus to Window Drawer.
