SmugMug

I've been looking into web sites for sharing and selling photos, and so far one of the leading "contenders" looks to be SmugMug
There are options for professional photographers and "amateurs" - looks very promising. Take a look and see what you think...

edit: here's a note I received from Dan Brown in Phoenix:
"I really like Smugmug. It's very customizable. The support forum, www.dgrin.com, has lots of experts on customization and answers appear quickly to questions posted on the forum.
It also has a lot of options for pro photographers looking to sell their photos.
They have recently updated some of the software and the speed of the site has gotten better."

Thanks Dan!

Dave Cross - you either are spending a lot of time in Lexington, KY or you have a double here. I suspect the former as you have not posted to the blog in a while. Without being offensive I'd like to note that a blog should have ongoing and frequent postings and more to the point we miss what you have to say about Photoshop and other goodies that you can treat us to.

All the best,

Gary.

Hi Gary,
Not sure where you're looking - I've posted almost every day since this SmugMug post. Maybe you bookmarked the wrong page? I'll bet there are over 30 new posts since this post that you commented on. :)

Aha! I had bookmarked an archive page it seems - sorry. At least it proves you have not been wandering around Lexington. I have some catching up to do so will get right to it. Thanks.

Gary.
