On Friday I set up my new Westcott Daylight Fluorescent Spiderlites and played with dropping fruit into water. I had lots of fun - messy, wet, but lots of fun. After some experimenting it became clear that I needed a flash to really freeze the action so I added a Profoto strobe with a softbox. Here's one of the best shots of the day (the only Photoshop work was to remove a few splash marks from the backdrop).
